Get Through the Heat...totally worth it!

Easy to apply, easy to keep on overnight, it starts to heat up the spot really quick and stays hot the whole time so it took a bit getting used to HOWEVER totally worth it when I woke up the next morning with a relaxed and pain free muscle, ready to get back to some running!
